Returns and Refund Policy

Big Sky Vintage Wholesale supplies used and vintage clothing to business customers for resale.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

We accept returns of complete orders only. No individual pieces may be removed, retained, resold, worn again, washed or altered. The entire order must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied.

We do not accept partial-order returns or exchanges.

Starting a return

Before returning an order, contact us with your order number and reason for the return:

Please wait for return authorisation before sending the goods. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return postage

For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying the return postage.

Refunds

We will inspect returned orders after they arrive. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

For standard returns, the refund covers the price paid for the returned order. Original delivery charges are not refundable. Where the order was incorrect, damaged in transit or materially not as described, the standard original delivery charge will also be refunded.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not entered the dispatch process. Once an order has been dispatched, the return conditions above apply.

Used and vintage goods

All goods are used or previously worn unless expressly stated otherwise. Product photographs and videos are representative of wholesale lots and are not the exact items you will receive. Customers should review the product description, grading information, photos and video before ordering.

This policy forms part of our business-to-business terms and does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
