What is the minimum wholesale order quantity?
The minimum order is 20 pieces per category. There is no minimum total spend.
Are the clothes new or used?
Big Sky sells vintage and pre-loved (used) clothing wholesale. The product description and grade explain the expected condition for each category. We do not sell new-with-tags items.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
All prices shown on the site include UK VAT. UK VAT is not charged to international buyers.
Where is Big Sky Vintage Wholesale based?
Big Sky Vintage Wholesale is based in Sheffield, UK. You are welcome to visit our warehouse—please contact us in advance to arrange a visit.
Where does your stock come from?
Big Sky sources exclusively from the United States. We then sort and grade the stock for wholesale buyers in our UK warehouse.
Can I visit or collect an order?
Yes. Our warehouse is based in Sheffield, UK, and collection is available. Choose the collection option at checkout, or contact us in advance if you would like to arrange a warehouse visit.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours. All stock offered for sale is on hand and ready to dispatch. Tracking information is provided once your order has been collected by the courier and dispatched.
UK delivery is free on orders over £150. Orders under £150 are charged £8 for delivery.
International delivery costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
How are your products graded?
All our products are graded and curated by our in-house team.
Orders will generally contain mostly Grade A items. Unless stated otherwise, our bundles are listed as an A/B mix.
As these are vintage and pre-loved items, some pieces may show normal signs of wear, including small holes, marks or other age-related imperfections. This is particularly common with true vintage garments.
Items are not washed or pressed before dispatch. We strongly recommend washing and preparing all items before offering them for resale.
Do you offer handpicking?
No. We offer warehouse visits and collection by arrangement, but we do not offer handpicking.
