If you have any issues with your order - please send us a message via email or Whatsapp and we'll get back to you asap with a resolution.

Be it a refund or return - we only accept returns on items that are not as described or photographed. 

We are a business to business wholesale company, consumer laws do not apply to our transactions. 

Pictures and videos shown on product pages are representative of the items you will receive, they are not the exact items in your order. 

Please note: all items sold are used/worn clothing items, not new. Please read descriptions and grading information given on each item and make sure you're happy before placing your order.
